Graduated from Hotel Management Dept., Shanghai Jiao Tong Univ. Mr. Sun joined ctrip.com in 1999, and has been taken the position of Customer Service Director, Vice President, Senior Vice President. Now he is also the General Manager of Nantong branch company of ctrip.com. Mr. Sun has been awarded a series of different awards including the followings:

“Call Center 10-year Outstanding Performance Award of the Year” by the national Call Center Management Council and Information Industry Ministry in 2007.
“Best Call Center Manager of the Year” in 2008.
“Outstanding Leader of China Call Center Industry” in 2009.
“Elite of China Call Center Industry” in 2009.
“Outstanding Contribution for China Call Center Industry” for 2009 and 2010.

Mr. Sun has made significant contributions to the development and growth of Call Center and Customer Service Industry in China.

Song Hai Xu, Founder of Shanghai Rong En Investment Ltd., Founder of Sun Flower Charity Foundation

As the founder of Shanghai Rong En Investment Ltd., Mrs. Song’s main business is Investment Banking and Investment. During the past 6 years, Rong En has earned itself high reputation in the industry. Mrs. Song was working with Mrill & Lynch, and was mainly responsible for the coordination between different business units and the China region. She participated quite a lot of IPO projects for many well-known Chinese companies, and was invited several times to TV show program such as “Boss Town”, “Whom to have lunch with” and “Creative Entrepreneur” by Shanghai Oriental Satellite TV, First Finance Channel, and Ning Xia Satellite TV, etc. In the above mentioned TV show programs, Ms. Song analyzed the business model for entrepreneurs who are in the start-up stage.
